Peer Mentorship and Tutoring Program Adds a Second Monday Session

Over the last few weeks, our Burmese Peer Mentorship and Tutoring Program staff have worked to adjust its structure so as to make it as accessible as possible to the widest range of interested participants. Therefore, we are now offering two sessions every Monday with dinner being offered in between.  Session 1 will take place from 4 PM to 5:30 PM. Dinner will be available for Session 1 and Session 2 participants from 5:30 PM – 6 PM. Then, Session 2 will take place from 6 PM – 7:30 PM.

We are still looking for Burmese high schools and young adults to enroll in our pilot program. If interested, reach out to Jeremy Brewster at 315-532-8930.

The Institute for Myanmar United was created in 2020 to release the power of human creativity to help individuals, communities, and nations reclaim their freedom, unity, and hope.
