Peer Mentorship & Tutoring Program Update: Week 1

The Institute for Myanmar United is proud to share an update from the first week of the Peer Mentorship & Tutoring Program!

After months of hard work, Jeremy, Will, and Jacob welcomed the first cohort of participants yesterday. Following introductions, our staff engaged students with guided conversation as a means of gathering information about their lives. These conversations will help inform our future sessions to clarify specific opportunities and challenges with each student.

We are incredibly grateful to our generous donors, who have helped make this possible. Additionally, we would like to thank those who have provided guidance and support throughout our bringing this pilot program to life.

The Institute for Myanmar United was created in 2020 to release the power of human creativity to help individuals, communities, and nations reclaim their freedom, unity, and hope.
